S-A-M was put on last year after being featured by 360 on his mixtape, Please Be Seated 3, now, the Brisbane-based emcee is ready to release a project of his own.
We chatted to the young rapper following his latest drop, S-A-M Mixtape Done, a flip on the DJ Khaled x Nas collaboration, Nas Album Done.
The freestyle, over the original DJ Khaled production, has S-A-M spitting smooth multi’s and quick-witted punchlines. The Brisbane local says the track is just the beginning of what’s to come in 2017, “there’s a video dropping this weekend for the freestyle and I’ll be releasing heaps of tracks and videos until the tapes release.”
Not only can we look forward to visuals for S-A-M Mixtape Done this coming weekend, however, the tape looks to be well and truly on its way. “This is the best project of my life and the first ‘official’ release of my career so I’m really on my way now.” As to what to expect from the mixtape, S-A-M says we can expect “emotion, bars and bangers.”
You’ll be able to find the video clip on S-A-M’s Facebook and YouTube accounts over the weekend.
